Our rental properties are located in desirable, safe neighborhoods in Waterville & Winslow. We have a great management and maintenance team in place: heating, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance people have worked for us for years and are well integrated. The same management team has been in place since inception in 2009. As an investor, leave the current management in place or take over the day to day management yourself.
